Richardson Humane Society — Pet of the Month

Hi, my name is Dali.  Dali is the perfect mix of lab and shepherd, being loving, loyal, protective, and intelligent.  She is a medium size girl who loves her walks, fetching her toys, or curling up at your feet.  She's very well mannered in the house and doesn't pull on her leash during her walks.  She would be a perfect companion pet for someone with plenty of love and a home, with older kids and larger dogs.  She enjoys car rides, being petted and talked to, leaning in on you for it. She loves her belly rubs, is crate trained, and is potty trained and asks to go out.  She would do well in an obedience class.  Dali is on Interceptor heartworm preventative, has been spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped and is ready for her ‘forever” home!

If you would like to meet me, please fill out an adoption application and send it to applications@richardsonhumanesociety.org.  I'm at Richardson Humane Society (RHS) Adopt-A-Pet (AAP) events on Saturdays.  Please check the website calendar for locations and times.  If you're looking for someone bigger or smaller, come by AAP and meet all my pals, also available for adoption through RHS.

RHS rescues, fosters, and re-homes pets. They also educate the community on prevention of cruelty to animals, the importance of spaying or neutering animals, and how to be responsible pet owners. They are a non-profit organization that relies entirely on donations, fundraisers, and volunteers.

If you'd like to help, please call (972) 234-5117 or visit the Richardson Humane Society website.

Thanks, and hope to see you soon!
