2013 Landscape Project Update
Hello neighbors,
The YPHA 2013 Matching Fund Project with the City of Richardson to landscape the median on E. Collins Boulevard at the Power Transmission Line crossing has been started. The irrigation system appears to be installed, six live oak trees have been planted, several plant beds have been prepared and concrete dividers have been installed at each end of the project. Completion of the project will depend on weather conditions and the availability of appropiate bedding plants.
